At Petworld Studio, our foremost goal is to provide an exceptional experience for both you and your dog. ​To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.​ If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us, and we will gladly refund your full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) for your first order.

Our return policy extends for 30 days, allowing ample time for your dog to enjoy the complete jar of chews. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have passed since your initial purchase, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please present a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your item to our corporate headquarters. Refunds are limited to one purchase per customer and will only be honored for your first order. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for purchases of three or more items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you via email to confirm the receipt of your item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Please be aware that a shipping and processing fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund for returns within the United States.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Next, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post officially. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the sale price or the amount paid, whichever is less.

If we have reason to believe that a customer is attempting to exploit our return policy or is not acting in good faith, we reserve the right to deny refunds or other aspects of the Return Policy as outlined herein.
